New Idea for our Thriller

After discussing our initial idea with the class and teacher, we decided that the idea of the ‘Threader’ would not work effectively as an opening for a thriller and was not a good idea to continue with. We therefore had to try and create a new idea and after brain storming and discussing, we decided to try an assassination-like thriller and so tried to seek inspiration from other thrillers such as 'Day of the Jackal', and also inspiration from Kennedy’s speech as our new idea is about a president’s assassination. The new basic idea is to have the President of Russia assassinated while making a speech, by a sniper assassin who we will cross cut with the assassin, we are beginning storyboarding and planning the idea.
